These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, all related content, features, tools, and the facilitation of research chemical transactions (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry via contact@vantageresearchlabs.com or any other channel, transferring funds, or receiving any product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services or proceed with any enquiry or transaction.

1. Research Use Only

All products facilitated by Vantage Research Labs are intended strictly for laboratory, scientific research, chemical analysis, or educational purposes only.

By engaging with Vantage Research Labs, you confirm and agree that:

• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, university, or professional research entity purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes.
• You understand and agree that the products have not been evaluated or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use.
• You accept full and sole responsibility for the safe handling, storage, importation, and lawful use of all products.
• You will not use, or allow the products to be used, for human consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or any non-research purpose.

Any breach of this clause is a material breach of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To engage with Vantage Research Labs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Australian law.
• Agree to use the products only for research purposes and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and territory laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who we reasonably believe intends to use the products for non-research purposes.

3. Product Information and Nature of Supply

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and information are accurate. However, Vantage Research Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on the website or in communications.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative and research reference purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance or batch of the product supplied.

All products are supplied as-is. Where available, we provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) or third-party purity documentation from the manufacturer for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the ongoing accuracy or stability of any such documentation after dispatch.

4. Enquiry Process, Orders, and Payment

Vantage Research Labs accepts orders through Shopify checkout using Bank Transfer as a manual payment method. After checkout, Shopify records the order and sends payment instructions with the order confirmation.

All orders, enquiries and transactions are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, enquiry or transaction at our sole discretion, including where:

• The product is unavailable from the supplier.
• There is an error in pricing or description.
• The order or enquiry appears inconsistent with research-only use or these Terms.
• We have concerns regarding regulatory compliance.

Payment is made via Bank Transfer or another agreed method. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are shown before checkout unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are facilitated via direct drop-shipping from overseas manufacturers, primarily in China, straight to your nominated Australian address. We do not hold local inventory.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Standard international shipping: approximately 8-15 business days.
• Express international shipping: approximately 6-12 business days.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier performance, weather, seasonal factors, or regulatory reviews by Australian authorities.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or issues caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to you upon dispatch by the overseas supplier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Resolutions

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, the international drop-shipping model, and chain-of-custody requirements, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been dispatched.

Any potential resolution, such as replacement or other accommodation, is considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and only where we determine it is appropriate. We encourage you to review all details thoroughly before checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• Vantage Research Labs and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, handling, importation, or inability to use any product.
• You acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with research compounds.
• Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or products in question.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantage Research Labs, its owners, directors, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal costs on an indemnity basis, arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of any product.
• Any violation of law or third-party rights.
• Any regulatory or customs issues related to your importation or use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in our communications, including text, images, logos, graphics, and descriptions, is the intellectual property of Vantage Research Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use this content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Compliance with Laws

By engaging with Vantage Research Labs, you agree to comply with all applicable Australian federal, state, and territory laws regarding the importation, possession, storage, use, and disposal of research compounds and peptides.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use or attempt to use products for any non-research purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to circumvent any regulatory requirements.
• Resell or redistribute products without full legal compliance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website or provided upon request. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vantage Research Labs and supersede all prior communications.
