Thank you for considering Vantage Research Labs for your laboratory and scientific research needs. We are committed to facilitating access to high-quality, third-party tested research compounds through careful individual arrangements and direct drop-shipping from reputable overseas sources.

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order or completing a transaction. By placing an order, contacting contact@vantageresearchlabs.com, transferring funds, or receiving any product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Research Use Only

All products facilitated by Vantage Research Labs are strictly for laboratory research, scientific investigation, and chemical analysis purposes only. They are supplied under the understanding that they will be handled exclusively by qualified professionals in appropriate controlled environments.

Due to the specialised nature of these research materials, including their sensitivity, regulatory considerations, and the individual drop-shipping process from overseas manufacturers, we maintain a policy that prioritises the integrity of the supply chain and compliance with all applicable standards. As such, returns or adjustments are generally not feasible for reasons including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or altered research requirements after the transaction has been arranged.
• Any issues related to storage, handling, or reconstitution once the product has left the supplier's control.
• Use or application outside of strict laboratory research protocols.

2. No Returns for Opened, Delivered, or Used Products

For critical reasons of safety, quality assurance, contamination prevention, regulatory compliance, and the practical realities of international drop-shipping, products cannot be returned once shipped or delivered. Once a research compound has been dispatched from the overseas facility directly to you, its integrity and chain of custody cannot be independently re-verified in a manner consistent with laboratory standards.

This applies universally to opened, partially used, or unopened vials alike, as the nature of these materials makes acceptance of returns incompatible with our operational model.

3. Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or differs significantly from the agreed description in your enquiry, please contact us immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery at contact@vantageresearchlabs.com. Provide the following:

• Your transaction reference or enquiry details.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Clear photographic evidence.
• Any supporting documentation from the delivery service.

We will review the matter promptly and, at our sole discretion, may explore options such as assisting with a replacement, subject to availability and supplier confirmation, or other suitable resolution where reasonably practicable. However, given the drop-shipping model and the perishable or sensitive characteristics of research compounds, outcomes remain at our absolute discretion and are not guaranteed.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We partner with established international shipping providers for drop-shipping. While we cannot control external carrier performance, we will provide reasonable assistance with tracking information upon request.

If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier after all standard investigation periods, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the most appropriate course of action, which may include coordination for a replacement where feasible. Delays due to customs, international transit, or other logistical factors are inherent to the process and do not typically qualify for adjustments.

5. General Approach to Resolutions

Any potential resolution, whether replacement, credit, or other accommodation, is offered solely at the discretion of Vantage Research Labs and is subject to verification, compliance with our research-only policy, and overall circumstances. Transactions for research compounds are arranged on a final basis due to the specialist nature of each order and the direct overseas fulfilment model. We encourage thorough review of all product details before checkout to ensure alignment with your research objectives.

6. Non-Qualifying Situations

Adjustments or resolutions will not be available in circumstances such as, but not limited to:

• Products used, handled, stored, or reconstituted after receipt.
• Any deviation from strict laboratory research use.
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
• Issues arising from customs delays, import requirements, or regulatory actions.
• Change of mind, shifts in research priorities, or dissatisfaction with product performance in non-standard conditions.

7. Australian Consumer Law

This policy is designed to operate in conjunction with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any non-excludable rights or remedies you may have under the ACL where a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees. However, given the specialised research nature of the products and the individual transaction process, any ACL-related claims will be assessed strictly on their merits and in accordance with legal requirements.
