Vantage Research Labs provides access to research-grade peptides and related compounds intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. By accessing our website, submitting any enquiry (via website, email to contact@vantageresearchlabs.com, or otherwise), viewing products, transferring funds, or receiving any product, you explicitly agree to be bound by this entire Legal Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions (collectively, "the Terms"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Vantage Research Labs. If you do not agree to every provision, you must immediately cease all use and not proceed with any transaction.

Vantage Research Labs operates as a facilitator of individual peer-to-peer style research chemical transactions with drop-shipping directly from overseas sources. We do not hold any authorisations, licences, or registrations for the supply of therapeutic goods, medicines, or controlled substances. All dealings are on a strict research-only basis.

Intended Use

All products sold or facilitated by Vantage Research Labs ("the Products") are strictly and exclusively intended for scientific research, laboratory use, chemical analysis, in vitro or in vivo experimental purposes only. Any mention of potential biological effects, structures, mechanisms, or applications is provided solely for informational and educational research purposes and does not constitute advice, endorsement, recommendation, or encouragement for any other use whatsoever.

The Products are expressly not for human consumption, animal use, therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, cosmetic, dietary, supplement, performance enhancement, or any other practical application. Vantage Research Labs makes no representation or warranty that the Products are safe, effective, or suitable for any purpose beyond controlled laboratory research by qualified professionals.

Research Use Only

By engaging with Vantage Research Labs in any way, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher or directly affiliated with a registered research institution, laboratory, university, or recognised scientific entity with all necessary approvals.
• All Products are purchased solely for legitimate research and development (R&D) purposes in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and institutional policies.
• You will not, under any circumstances, use, distribute, or allow the Products to be used for any non-research purpose.

Any deviation from this strict research-only requirement is a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal consequences for which Vantage Research Labs bears zero responsibility.

No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law, Therapeutic Goods Act, and all other applicable legislation), Vantage Research Labs, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and any associated parties (collectively, "Released Parties") assume absolutely no liability whatsoever for any damages, injury, loss, cost, expense, claim, fine, penalty, or adverse outcome of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or otherwise, arising from or in any way connected to:

• The purchase, importation, possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, abuse, or disposal of any Product.
• Any shipping, drop-shipping, customs, or delivery issues including delays, loss, seizure, or damage.
• Any alleged defects, impurities, contamination, degradation, or inaccuracies in third-party purity documentation.
• Any health effects, allergic reactions, toxicity, interactions, or physical or psychological harm.
• Any regulatory action, investigation, prosecution, seizure, or penalty.
• Any reliance on information provided on the website or in communications.
• Any breach by you of these Terms or applicable laws.

The Buyer accepts full, sole, and exclusive responsibility for verifying all laws and regulations in their jurisdiction (federal, state, and territory) and ensuring complete compliance. Vantage Research Labs shall not be held responsible or liable for any misuse, mishandling, unlawful application, illegal importation, or any other act or omission related to the Products.

Compliance with Australian Standards

Vantage Research Labs endeavours to operate in a manner consistent with applicable laws but makes no warranty or representation of full compliance, as the regulatory environment for research chemicals is complex and subject to change. We do not promote, condone, facilitate, or encourage any illegal use or application of peptides or related compounds. Our sole intention is to support legitimate research by qualified professionals.

You agree that Vantage Research Labs and all Released Parties shall have no liability for any alleged non-compliance, and you indemnify the Released Parties against any claims arising from your actions.

Manufacturing and Supply

Vantage Research Labs does not manufacture any Products. We facilitate access to Products sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers in China, or elsewhere, through reputable high-production, audited facilities with third-party testing where available. All Products are drop-shipped directly to you.

We provide purity documentation for informational purposes only and disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, ongoing stability, or suitability. You bear all risk associated with the manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Buyer Responsibility

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser to:

• Know, understand, and strictly comply with all applicable federal, state, territory, and local laws, regulations, codes, and standards concerning the purchase, importation, possession, storage, handling, transport, use, and disposal of the Products including TGA, Customs, Poisons Acts, and any controlled substances legislation.
• Verify that they hold all required licences, permits, authorisations, and ethical approvals.
• Ensure Products are used strictly for in vitro research, laboratory testing, or other authorised scientific purposes in controlled professional settings.
• Refrain from any use on humans or animals, directly or indirectly, for any purpose.
• Properly handle, store, and dispose of Products according to best scientific practices and legal requirements.
• Assess all risks, including potential toxicity, and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Bear all costs, duties, taxes, and consequences of importation and customs processes.
• Immediately notify Vantage Research Labs of any regulatory inquiry while still bearing full responsibility.

Failure to meet these responsibilities constitutes a breach and triggers full indemnity obligations.

Age Restriction

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. By engaging with Vantage Research Labs or placing any order or enquiry, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement and all other representations in these Terms.

Payment, Transactions, and Drop-Shipping

Transactions are placed through Shopify checkout using Bank Transfer or another agreed method where applicable. Vantage Research Labs acts purely as a facilitator. Risk and title pass upon shipment from the overseas supplier. No refunds, cancellations, or returns are accepted except at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

In addition to all other exclusions, liability of Vantage Research Labs is capped at the lesser of the amount paid by you or AUD $50, to the extent it cannot be fully excluded. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all Released Parties from every conceivable claim, loss, or liability arising from your conduct, including legal fees on an indemnity basis.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Any disputes shall first attempt mediation before litigation.

Changes to This Disclaimer and Terms

Vantage Research Labs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Legal Disclaimer and Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued access, enquiry, or transaction constitutes your acceptance of the current version. It is your responsibility to review periodically.

Severability, Entire Agreement, and Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach.

No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
