Thank you for choosing Vantage Research Labs as your facilitator for high-quality, third-party tested research compounds. This Shipping Policy outlines the processes, timelines, responsibilities, and considerations for deliveries arranged through our order and fulfilment process.

By placing an order, contacting contact@vantageresearchlabs.com, agreeing to a transaction, or receiving any product, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing and Arrangement

Orders are reviewed and handled on an individual basis. Processing typically occurs within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to confirmation of payment and supplier availability.

Orders received and paid before 12 PM AEST are prioritised for same-day or next-business-day arrangement where possible. Upon successful payment transfer, we will initiate the drop-shipping process from our overseas partners. You will receive confirmation details via email.

In periods of high demand, supplier constraints, or regulatory reviews, we will notify you promptly of any potential adjustments.

2. Shipping Method and International Drop-Shipping

Vantage Research Labs utilises a direct drop-shipping model. Products are shipped straight from audited manufacturers in China, or other approved international sources, directly to your nominated Australian delivery address. We do not hold inventory locally.

This international process involves coordination with overseas suppliers and global carriers. All shipments are arranged with reputable international logistics providers to support reliable delivery for research purposes.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Standard Global Shipping: approximately 8-15 business days to most Australian locations.
• Express Shipping: approximately 6-12 business days to most Australian locations.

These are estimates only and can vary based on factors such as customs processing, Australian Border Force reviews, carrier performance, weather, seasonal demand, or regional location within Australia. Metro areas generally receive faster service than remote or regional locations.

3. Shipping Costs and Rates

Shipping costs are confirmed during checkout or follow-up communication and are the responsibility of the buyer. Rates depend on product weight, shipping method, standard or express, and destination. Any applicable duties, taxes, GST, or customs fees are also your responsibility and are not included in the quoted shipping cost.

We do not currently offer free shipping promotions.

4. Packaging and Handling

Products are packaged by the overseas supplier using secure, discreet, and appropriate methods designed to maintain the integrity of research compounds during international transit. This may include temperature-protective measures and tamper-evident packaging where standard for such materials.

However, due to the extended international journey, we cannot guarantee that all environmental conditions, such as temperature fluctuations, will remain constant throughout the entire shipping duration.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once the overseas supplier dispatches your order, you will receive a confirmation with available tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become fully active in the carrier system.

You are encouraged to monitor the tracking link provided. If you encounter any issues with tracking or updates, contact us at contact@vantageresearchlabs.com and we will assist with enquiries to the best of our ability.

6. Shipping Responsibilities and Risks

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is dispatched by the overseas supplier. Vantage Research Labs acts solely as a facilitator and is not the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once handed over to the shipping provider.

All import compliance, including any necessary declarations, permits, or clearances through Australian Customs and the TGA, is your sole responsibility.

7. Delays, Lost Shipments, or Issues

International shipping can occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, carrier backlogs, or other external factors. We recommend allowing the full estimated window before raising a concern.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or is confirmed lost by the carrier after their standard investigation period, typically 10-20 business days for international shipments, please contact us at contact@vantageresearchlabs.com with your transaction details and tracking information. We will liaise with the supplier and carrier on your behalf to explore available options, which will be determined at our sole discretion based on the circumstances.

8. Incorrect Shipping Details

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error after payment but before dispatch, notify us immediately at contact@vantageresearchlabs.com. Corrections may be possible depending on the stage of processing, but additional fees could apply.

9. Shipping Restrictions and Compliance

We facilitate shipments to Australian addresses only, subject to compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Shipments may be subject to inspection or holds by Australian authorities. Products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. Any regulatory issues arising from importation are the buyer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction if we have concerns regarding compliance.
